Please read our FAQ carefully before making a purchase with us. It is vitally important you fully understand what it is you are ordering and how long each service takes to deliver. We have tried our best to include everything you need to know about our services but if there is something that you don’t understand or isn’t included then please use our Contact Form.
Each service is different. Please check on each service page to see the time frames given. Time frames can change due to how many orders we currently have processing. So if you order one week, the time frame could be different the week after so please make sure you check carefully.
99% of other providers are resellers. This basically means they buy the services from someone else at a cheaper rate than what they sell to you. This causes a few problems and the main one is they cannot control the quality or the speed at which they say they can. We, on the other hand process all orders ourselves.
Facebook and Twitter routinely clean out their systems by deleting users who Spam or cause nuisance on their servers. This is totally out of our control and although we have a strict system in place sometimes these spammers do get past. It is important to know we will always top up any missing Likes / Followers for free.
Unfortunately our time frames are only guidelines to go by and they are not a strict time table to go by. If we have started your order then we are unable to cancel. Unless a considerable amount of time has passed and you still haven’t received your full order then we may consider it on an individual basis but as there are many factors to consider in to why it may have taken so long we cannot give each and everyone a full refund.
Absolutely no way. We use real advertising methods to gain likes to your page. It is helpful to know that you are not buying Likes or Followers, you are buying the advertising space to gain Likes and Followers. There is a difference.
Excellent question. We serve adverts on Games and Apps on mobile phones to gain Likes and Followers to your page. The same goes for YouTube but instead of an advert it would be your video in between levels or when a player dies and so forth. This is an extremely effective way to advertise your page without breaking each networks Terms and Conditions.
